The app allows you to create personal content such as:

• Mood entries
• Journal notes
• Gratitude entries
• Habit tracking data

This data:

• Is stored only on your device
• Is not transmitted to us or any third party
• Can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app or using in-app delete options

3. Personal Data Collection

Mindful Journal does not collect:

• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Location data
• Contacts
• Photos, audio, or camera data

We do not use analytics SDKs that identify users.

4. Notifications

The app may use local notifications to remind you about journaling or mood tracking. Notifications are generated locally on your device. No notification data is sent to our servers.

5. Premium Subscription (Monthly)

Mindful Journal offers an optional monthly premium subscription that unlocks additional features.

5.1 Payments

Payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not process, store, or access your payment information and do not receive your credit card details.

5.2 Subscription Data

We may receive anonymous subscription status information from Google Play solely to unlock premium features inside the app and manage access to subscription content. This information does not identify you personally or store data on external servers.

6. Third-Party Services

Mindful Journal uses the following third-party services:

• Google Play Billing – for handling in-app subscriptions
• Expo framework – for app runtime and device compatibility

These services may collect limited technical data as required for their operation, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Data Security

Since all user-generated content is stored locally, your data remains under your control. We do not have access to your journal entries. Data security depends on your device’s operating system and settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

Mindful Journal is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

9. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• You can delete all data at any time
• You can uninstall the app to remove all stored content
• No account or login is required

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially when new features are added. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
